A quick search on the Web indicates that there are Divillys in various locations in Ireland and the U.K and in Pennsylvania and New York in the USA.  The Discussion Form has contributions from Divillys in Australia.

Most entries in the Internet report the successful exploits of Divillys on the sports field and in business and community life.

Divillys in the USA

Ellis Island http://www.ellisislandrecords.org/ records show that, like most Irish families, Divillys emigrated to the USA from the 1890s to the 1920s.  The records indicate that 3 Divillys and 12 Devillys passed through Ellis Island between 1892 and 1924. Check out the details under Divilly Earliest Records.
